About the Role

We are on the lookout for a dedicated professional to join our Human Resources team as an Executive – HR. In this role, you will be responsible for executing essential HR functions, ensuring absolute accuracy in payroll administration, maintaining strict compliance, and driving vibrant employee engagement activities to foster a collaborative and high-performing workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Administration: Execute and ensure the timely completion of data inputs to enable effective, on-time payroll processing in the system. Achieve zero audit failures for manufacturing units and the central processes governing Executives and Managers.

  • HR & Operational Processes: Facilitate overall HR and administrative operations. Ensure activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner to support all employee administration, benefits, and statutory requirements.

  • Documentation & Compliance: Manage employee lifecycle documentation with 100% accuracy and strict confidentiality for management review, ensuring full adherence to statutory regulations.

  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Execute strategic employee engagement activities in line with the company calendar (including annual trips, department/company events, religious activities, and cultural celebrations) to foster positive work environments and strong team collaboration.

  • Culture & Continuous Improvement: Help establish a progressive workplace culture by promoting internal suggestion schemes, quality circles, a Kaizen mindset, and the active use of structured problem-solving tools on the floor.


Knowledge and Skills (Requirements)

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a closely related discipline.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of relevant, hands-on professional experience within a human resources capacity (apparel/manufacturing sector exposure is a plus).

  • Core Competencies: Sound written and verbal communication skills, paired with effective negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
