As we scale our footprint in the island nation, we need a strategic business developer who can translate our premium product portfolio into sustainable revenue growth within the hospitality and retail sectors. This role is for a results-driven professional capable of navigating the logistical and cultural nuances of the Maldivian market, ensuring our brand becomes a household and resort-side staple.
Core Responsibilities:

Identify and secure high-value B2B partnerships across resorts, hotels, and local retail networks to drive volume growth.

Execute territory-specific sales strategies that align with the company’s regional expansion goals and logistical capabilities.

Manage end-to-end client relationships, from initial cold-calling and negotiation to post-sale support and account retention.

Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure seamless product distribution across various island locations.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for product positioning and pricing adjustments.
Professional Profile:

Proven experience in business development or sales, specifically within the FMCG or hospitality sectors in the Maldives.

Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with key decision-makers at the executive level.

Willingness to travel extensively across the Maldivian islands for business expansion and client visits
