Superloop is seeking a high-potential Network Engineering Intern to join our global infrastructure team. Core Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring global network performance to identify and escalate potential faults or latency issues.

   

• Support the implementation of network infrastructure projects under the guidance of senior engineers.

• Help maintain accurate network documentation and inventory records within internal tracking systems.

   

• Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues and action support tickets escalated to the engineering services team.

   

• Collaborate with NOC and provisioning units to ensure timely delivery of customer services.

   

• Participate in technical training and cyber security programs to enhance networking skills.

Candidate Profile:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.

• Foundational knowledge of IP protocols (TCP/UDP), routing, and switching technologies.

• Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a growth-oriented culture.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
