MAS Holdings is seeking a high-caliber Executive Maintenance to join the Unichela facility in Panadura. This role is designed for a technically proficient leader who can ensure the peak operational performance of sophisticated machinery and facility infrastructure. You will be responsible for minimizing production downtime through proactive engineering solutions and rigorous preventive maintenance programs in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for specialized manufacturing equipment and facility utilities.

• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical or electrical failures to ensure uninterrupted production cycles.

• Manage the procurement and inventory of critical spare parts while optimizing maintenance expenditure.

• Lead a team of technicians to uphold the highest standards of technical precision and operational safety.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency and energy conservation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree or Professional Qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Significant experience in maintenance management within a large-scale manufacturing plant.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting automated systems and PLC-controlled machinery.

• Strong leadership skills with a focus on disciplined execution and safety compliance.
