Massive Dynamic PK is hunting for a powerhouse Lead Closer to spearhead our high-stakes sales operations. This isn’t a role for the hesitant; we need a persuasive strategist who excels at navigating objections and securing definitive commitments. You will take charge of the final, most critical stage of the sales funnel, turning qualified prospects into long-term partners through expert negotiation and psychological insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finalize high-value contracts by delivering high-impact pitches that address specific client pain points.

• Mentor junior sales representatives on advanced closing techniques and objection-handling strategies.

• Analyze lead quality and feedback to refine the initial outreach and qualification process.

• Maintain an aggressive conversion rate while upholding the brand’s reputation for integrity.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to forecast revenue and set ambitious quarterly targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced BPO or corporate environment.

• Exceptional command of English with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers.

• Natural resilience and a relentless focus on achieving bottom-line results.

• Proficiency in CRM management and sales data analytics.
