Enfection is seeking a high-energy Executive for our Brand and Client Servicing division. This role is designed for a strategic communicator who thrives at the intersection of client ambition and agency execution. We need a professional who can transition beyond mere coordination to become a trusted advisor for our brand partners. You will be the vital link ensuring that creative campaigns are not only visionary but also meticulously aligned with business objectives and market realities.

Core Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of brands, fostering long-term partnerships through proactive communication.

• Translate complex client requirements into actionable internal briefs for creative, digital, and strategy teams.

• Manage project timelines and resource allocation to ensure the high-quality delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance and present data-backed reports that highlight successes and identify areas for growth.

• Identify opportunities to expand client accounts by suggesting innovative digital solutions tailored to their evolving needs.

Professional Profile:

• Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or brand strategy, preferably within an agency environment.

• Exceptional command of English with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

• Deep curiosity about digital trends and the Sri Lankan consumer landscape.
