Core Responsibilities:

Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to secure top-tier talent across logistics, transport, and supply chain consultancy verticals.

Drive comprehensive employee engagement initiatives that foster a cohesive culture across multi-user fulfillment sites.

Manage industrial relations and ensure strict adherence to local labor laws and group-wide compliance standards.

Facilitate performance management cycles and identify training needs to bridge skill gaps within the operational teams.

Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll coordination and benefits management, with meticulous accuracy.

Collaborate with department heads to implement specialized HR projects that enhance organizational agility.
Professional Profile:

Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management (PQHRM/CIPM).

Significant experience in an HR generalist capacity, preferably within the logistics, manufacturing, or retail sectors.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in HRIS platforms.
