The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Junior Executive Coaching (Sales) to elevate the performance of our frontline sales teams. You will be responsible for bridging skill gaps through real-time field coaching, ensuring our sales representatives are equipped to maintain our market leadership and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Field Coaching & Talent Development

  • In-Field Observation: Conduct regular field visits to observe live sales calls, providing structured, real-time coaching to Customer Sales Representatives (CSRs) and Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs).

  • Targeted Training: Identify individual skill gaps and deliver on-the-job training (OJT) aligned with established sales standards and KPIs.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze pre- and post-coaching performance to measure behavioral changes and the overall impact of coaching interventions.

Data Management & Insights

  • Reporting & Dashboards: Prepare comprehensive learning impact reports and performance dashboards using Excel and Power BI.

  • Market Intelligence: Capture and share critical market and competitor insights gathered during field interactions.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous training and learning records to support organizational reporting and stakeholder updates.

Strategic Collaboration

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with Sales Managers to align coaching priorities and drive execution improvements.

  • Program Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of broader sales training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.


Candidate Profile

Education & Experience:

  • Academic Background: A Degree in Marketing Management, HRM, Business Management, Training & Development, or a related discipline.

  • Industry Experience: 2–5 years of experience in field sales or sales coaching within the FMCG sector or a similar fast-paced environment.

  • Technical Advantage: Prior exposure to sales training delivery or L&D administration is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Digital Literacy: High level of digital proficiency with hands-on exposure to Power BI dashboards and the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Interpersonal Strength: Exceptional communication and coaching skills, with the ability to influence and motivate frontline teams.

  • Operational Readiness: Must possess a valid riding license and the ability to work independently in a field-based setting.

  • Mindset: Self-driven, well-organized, and passionate about people development.
