Average Salary: LKR 220,000 – LKR 350,000 per month

Core Responsibilities:

Synchronize development lifecycles between AI researchers and software engineers to ensure seamless product integration.
Drive agile ceremonies and sprint planning sessions, removing technical bottlenecks to maintain high-velocity output.
Manage resource allocation and project dependencies across multiple concurrent workstreams using advanced tracking tools.
Facilitate clear communication channels between technical teams and commercial stakeholders to align on delivery milestones.
Monitor project health through data-driven metrics, providing proactive risk mitigation strategies to senior leadership.

Professional Profile:

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Proven experience coordinating complex software projects, ideally involving machine learning or data science components.
Deep mastery of Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies within a DevOps environment.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate technical challenges into actionable project plans.
