Position Summary

Our roles are about more than just serving food or managing a banquet; they are about crafting unique and memorable experiences. As an F&B and Event Service Expert, you will use your versatility and initiative to ensure every guest’s journey is seamless from start to finish.

Whether you are preparing event spaces, coordinating with the kitchen, interacting with guests, or maintaining pristine work areas, you will ensure that every interaction feels like an essential part of the Le Méridien experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service

  • Hospitality: Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere.

  • Communication: Use clear and professional language when speaking with guests and colleagues alike.

  • Operational Excellence: Set up tables and event materials, serve food and beverages, and maintain cleanliness of all supplies and work areas.

Teamwork & Safety

  • Collaboration: Develop positive working relationships and support the team in achieving common service goals.

  • Compliance: Follow all company safety, security, and health policies. Report any maintenance needs, accidents, or unsafe conditions to management immediately.

  • Professionalism: Maintain a clean and professional appearance in uniform; protect company assets and respect the confidentiality of proprietary information.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.

  • Capability to reach overhead and below the knees (bending, twisting, and stooping).

  • Ability to move, lift, or carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience in food and beverage or events.

  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a deep desire to create memorable guest experiences.
