Whether you are addressing specific guest requests, processing operational needs, or sharing the hidden gems of the local area, you will ensure that every transaction feels like a seamless part of the Le Méridien experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Excellence & Engagement

• Personalized Service: Act as a local guide and primary point of contact, ensuring guest needs are anticipated and addressed throughout their stay.

• Operational Flow: Handle arrivals, departures, and guest requests with efficiency, turning routine tasks into memorable interactions.

• Local Expertise: Proactively share highlights and recommendations about the destination to enhance the guest’s cultural discovery.

Professional Standards & Safety

• Compliance: Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure workplace.

• Confidentiality: Protect company assets and maintain the strict confidentiality of proprietary and guest information.

• Quality & Appearance: Uphold high quality standards and ensure a professional, polished appearance and communication style at all times.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods while engaging with guests.

• A hands-on approach to work, including the ability to move, lift, or carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Candidate Profile

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

• Experience: No prior related work experience is required; we value personality, curiosity, and a drive to learn.

• Attributes: A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.
