Position Summary
Our roles go beyond standard check-ins and check-outs; we aim to create stays that are truly unique. As a Guest Relation Associate (Guest Experience Expert), you are empowered to take the initiative and guide guests through their entire journey.
Whether you are addressing specific guest requests, processing operational needs, or sharing the hidden gems of the local area, you will ensure that every transaction feels like a seamless part of the Le Méridien experience.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Excellence & Engagement

Personalized Service: Act as a local guide and primary point of contact, ensuring guest needs are anticipated and addressed throughout their stay.

Operational Flow: Handle arrivals, departures, and guest requests with efficiency, turning routine tasks into memorable interactions.

Local Expertise: Proactively share highlights and recommendations about the destination to enhance the guest’s cultural discovery.
Professional Standards & Safety

Compliance: Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure workplace.

Confidentiality: Protect company assets and maintain the strict confidentiality of proprietary and guest information.

Quality & Appearance: Uphold high quality standards and ensure a professional, polished appearance and communication style at all times.
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods while engaging with guests.

A hands-on approach to work, including the ability to move, lift, or carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Candidate Profile
Preferred Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Experience: No prior related work experience is required; we value personality, curiosity, and a drive to learn.
