The Role

The Junior Associate – Finance Operations will support the core financial functions of the business, focusing on vendor management, audit compliance, and data integrity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow within a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Payments

  • Vendor Management: Manage the end-to-end vendor payment process, including bank coordination to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

  • Documentation: Ensure the systematic filing, organization, and dispatching of financial documents (AR files) in compliance with company standards.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Data Integrity: Update and maintain financial trackers, data sheets, and SharePoint files to provide stakeholders with accurate data for decision-making.

  • Performance Support: Assist in gathering and organizing data to help management review key financial metrics and performance indicators.

Compliance & Knowledge Sharing

  • Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing the necessary financial data and documentation to ensure full compliance.

  • Continuous Learning: Actively engage in cross-training opportunities and participate in team knowledge-sharing to achieve professional milestones.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience:

  • Professional Qualifications: Currently pursuing or part-qualified in CIMA, CA, ACCA, or a relevant university degree.

  • Academic Background: Minimum of 6 passes at GCE O/L, including a “C” grade in Mathematics.

  • Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a finance-related role.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong data analysis capabilities.

  • Systems: Sound knowledge of SAP will be considered a definite advantage.

  • Operational Ability: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
