Primary Responsibilities:

Create and execute daily activity programs ranging from cultural arts and crafts to outdoor beach games.

Maintain a secure and hygienic environment, strictly following global safety standards for childcare.

Engage with parents to provide personalized updates and ensure a seamless experience for the entire family.

Monitor facility equipment and toy inventory to guarantee all resources remain in premium condition.

Facilitate themed events and celebrations that reflect the local charm of Kosgoda.
Requirements:

Genuine passion for working with children in a luxury hospitality or educational setting.

Outstanding English communication skills; additional languages are a significant advantage.

Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred.

Cheerful, patient, and proactive personality.
