We need a technical strategist who treats every ad rupee as a high-yield investment. This role is built for a specialist who moves beyond surface-level metrics to master the mechanics of conversion, attribution, and scale. You will be responsible for navigating complex bidding environments and executing aggressive growth strategies across a diverse global client base.

Core Responsibilities:

• Architect and manage high-scale paid search and social campaigns, ensuring rigorous optimization of ROI and customer acquisition costs.

• Execute advanced audience segmentation and retargeting workflows to maximize life-time value and funnel efficiency.

• Conduct systematic A/B testing on creative assets, landing pages, and bidding algorithms to maintain a competitive performance edge.

• Analyze multi-channel attribution data to provide deep-dive insights into campaign profitability and market trends.

• Collaborate with creative teams to align high-performing visual assets with technical platform requirements.

Professional Profile:

• Extensive experience managing significant advertising budgets on Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn.

• Deep proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking implementation.

• Sharp analytical mindset with the ability to pivot strategies based on real-time performance data.

• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical results to diverse stakeholders.
