Operations Coordinator – Dubai Mall Fashion Boutique

Location: Dubai, UAE (Dubai Mall)

Average Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 per month (Estimated based on UAE market data for luxury retail operations. Compensation in the luxury sector often includes performance-based bonuses, health insurance, and annual flight allowances.)

Role Overview

Based in our prestigious Dubai Mall Fashion Boutique and reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will serve as a vital pillar of the boutique’s operational success. This role is designed for a data-driven professional who can provide the deep analysis and reporting necessary to drive business growth, optimize stock health, and support high-level decision-making in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Business Analysis

• Performance Overview: Elaborate regular analytical reports to provide a clear overview of boutique performance against key KPIs.

• Inventory Dashboards: Develop and maintain specialized dashboards to monitor and follow up on the boutique’s stock situation.

• Strategic Insights: Highlight performance trends for specific collections and propose actionable plans in collaboration with Sales and Operations Managers.

• Commercial Support: Assist in reviewing commercial targets and contribute data-driven insights for quarterly Business Review presentations.

• Pre-Buying Preparation: Prepare comprehensive reports underlining key sales figures to guide the Operations and Boutique Managers ahead of buying sessions.

Merchandising & Inventory Coordination

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Merchandising team on stock transfers, deliveries, and boutique performance metrics.

• Monthly Reviews: Active participation in monthly reviews with the merchandising team to align on inventory strategy.

Process Improvement & Operations

• Project Support: Assist the Operations Manager in the development and implementation of new operational processes and boutique projects.

• Compliance & Auditing: Help review boutique procedures regarding cash handling, general operations, and stock management, escalating any concerns to relevant departments to ensure total compliance.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Skills:

• Professional Background: Proven experience in a Merchandising or Business Analyst role, with a strong preference for candidates coming from the luxury fashion industry.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel and analytical skills are essential; you must be comfortable handling large datasets to tell a commercial story.

• Language: Fluency in English is a must.
