Overview of the Role
Situated within Al-Futtaim’s Fashion Division, this role reports to the Head of E-commerce. You will be responsible for the end-to-end digital trading performance of a diverse portfolio of fashion brands. Managing their dedicated Shopify platforms, you will oversee brands ranging from value-led family fashion to premium labels, applying tailored trading logic and promotional strategies for each unique business profile.
What You Will Do
Catalogue Management & Online Merchandising

Product Setup: Own the end-to-end setup on Shopify, ensuring total accuracy in data, imagery, pricing, and categorization.

On-Site Merchandising: Manage category structures and search logic to ensure the right products surface for the right customers.

Inventory Control: Execute regular audits to validate presentation standards and monitor stock levels, coordinating with merchandising teams for replenishment.
Promotions & Digital Content

Campaign Execution: Publish all digital collateral (banners, landing pages, storytelling) and execute promotional mechanics like GWP or seasonal events.

Performance Reporting: Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns post-execution to provide insights for future planning.

Asset Management: Brief creative teams on necessary collateral, ensuring all content is high-quality and published on schedule.
Trading & Analytics

Data Analysis: Use Google Analytics (GA4) and BI dashboards to identify performance trends, conversion gaps, and growth opportunities.

Strategic Support: Monitor KPIs, escalate performance anomalies with data-led solutions, and support markdown planning.
Brand Collaboration

Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with brand teams to ensure digital activity aligns with seasonal priorities and brand guidelines.

Communication: Present weekly and monthly performance narratives to non-commercial audiences and build strong ties with buying and marketing counterparts.
What Equips You for This Role
Experience & Qualifications

Background: 2 to 4 years of hands-on e-commerce merchandising experience, specifically within fashion or lifestyle retail.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and proven operational experience with Shopify (or similar enterprise platforms).

Analytics: Working knowledge of GA4, including funnel analysis and conversion tracking.

Portfolio Management: Experience managing multiple brands or digital channels simultaneously.
