Overview of the Role

As a Sales Assistant in our Fashion division, your primary focus will be generating sales while delivering an exceptional shopping experience. This role involves a variety of operational tasks directed by store management, such as maintaining premium visual presentation and ensuring a clean, organized environment. We are looking for energetic individuals who can foster positive customer relationships and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the store.

What You Will Do

Customer Engagement & Sales

• First Impressions: Deliver a positive impact through high energy, a professional appearance, and adherence to the dress code.

• Hospitality: Greet every customer with a sincere smile and provide helpful, relevant product information.

• Service Excellence: Provide attentive service in the fitting rooms, follow up with customers promptly, and suggest additional items to complement their choices.

• Transaction Management: Ensure efficient service at the cash wrap, promote gift cards, maintain a tidy checkout area, and accurately update the customer database.

• Retention: Sincerely thank every guest as they depart and warmly invite them to return.

Store Operations

• Standards: Maintain impeccable store cleanliness and organization to ensure a “sparkling” shopping environment.

• Visuals: Support the team in upholding high visual merchandising and presentation standards.

Required Skills to be Successful

• Service Oriented: Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail Focused: Ability to maintain strict store presentation and cleanliness standards.

• Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in processing sales transactions and capturing customer data accurately.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

What Qualifies You for the Role

• Education: High School Diploma.

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the fashion sector.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and perform heavy lifting as required.

• Communication: Strong verbal English skills (additional languages are a plus)
