The Role
The Executive – Plant Lean Enterprise is responsible for coordinating and implementing Lean Manufacturing standards, practices, and policies across the business unit. Your primary goal is to align organizational processes with business objectives by identifying and eliminating non-value-adding activities through the MAS Operating System (MOS).
Key Responsibilities
Training & Knowledge Management

Capability Building: Prepare and conduct in-house training programs on MOS to impart essential Lean skills and knowledge to relevant stakeholders.

Knowledge Retention: Facilitate and capture insights from consultant visits and internal experts, ensuring these learnings are integrated into continuous business improvement cycles.

Strategic Collaboration: Engage with Group and Divisional Lean Enterprise teams for knowledge sharing and ensure these practices are successfully applied to local projects.
Process Implementation & Optimization

MOS Integration: Implement new MOS practices and processes across production and support floors to ensure smooth operational functioning.

Continuous Improvement: Lead special MOS projects and continuous improvement initiatives to drive measurable efficiency gains.

Problem Solving: Collect and analyze data systematically to identify root causes and resolve operational challenges identified by management.
Visualization & Reporting

Performance Tracking: Generate comprehensive reports, graphs, and visual displays regarding Lean implementation status to facilitate data-driven management decisions.

Visual Management: Develop and maintain factory visual displays and information boards to ensure transparency of KPIs and project progress.
Compliance & Audits

Documentation: Prepare and maintain all Lean-related documentation in strict compliance with relevant ISO standards for both internal and third-party audits.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience:

Education: A Degree in Lean Manufacturing, Industrial/Production Engineering, Textile Technology, Mechanical/Electronics Engineering, Physical Science, or Applied Mathematics.

Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience in a similar capacity within a manufacturing environment.
Key Skills:

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively train and influence diverse stakeholders.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable Lean initiatives.

Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of Lean tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) and their application in a fast-paced production setting.
