The Role
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and energetic ERP Assistant (Staff Level) to join our team in Ratmalana. In this role, you will be responsible for the diligent and accurate follow-through of activities from the initial design concept to style development and bulk tech pack handover. You will build strong relationships and credibility with internal and external partners to ensure smooth operations and support the account in achieving its strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Calendar Management: Follow up on all key activities within the customer calendar and develop detailed internal plans to ensure on-time delivery.

Material & Inventory Control: Ensure adequate raw material stock levels, manage inventory, and provide accurate procurement data while following up on supplier payments.

Supplier Relations: Establish strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate competitive terms to ensure raw materials meet quality and quantity standards.

Order Management: Implement detailed Time & Action (T&A) plans for all related activities, ensuring regular updates are shared with relevant stakeholders.

Technical Coordination: Address production-related issues promptly by coordinating with technical personnel to minimize operational loss.

Stock Analysis: Manage raw material arrivals and analyze stock levels (including dummy and liability stock) to meet factory requirements while monitoring write-offs.

Logistics Support: Oversee shipping arrangements and ensure all related documentation is completed for timely delivery.
Key Requirements
Education & Experience:

Education: 2nd or 3rd-year Undergraduate or Diploma holder in Marketing, Textile, or Business Management (a qualification in Merchandising is preferred).

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP, Product Development processes, and garment styles/sampling.

Industry Experience: Prior experience in Bulk Order Execution is highly advantageous.

Technical Skills: Strong basic math knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Communication: Fluency in English with strong professional email correspondence skills.

Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, planning, and organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
