The Role

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for F&B excellence? We are seeking a dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to elevate our dining and social experiences. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our F&B operations, from crafting innovative concepts and menus to ensuring impeccable service standards that reflect the NoMad brand.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Management

  • Team Empowerment: Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of high performance, motivation, and professional growth.

  • Service Excellence: Maintain a relentless focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding luxury service standards.

  • Innovation: Drive revenue and enhance the guest journey by developing creative new concepts, promotions, and seasonal strategies.

Operational & Financial Oversight

  • Financial Acumen: Manage budgeting and forecasting with precision to maximize profitability and optimize resource allocation.

  • Operational Expertise: Oversee menu development, quality control, and cost management across all outlets and banqueting.

  • Analytical Thinking: Utilize data and market trends to make informed decisions that improve daily operations and long-term strategy.

  • Adaptability: Maintain the flexibility to adjust plans based on guest feedback and the evolving Singaporean hospitality landscape.

Communication & Compliance

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Use excellent verbal and written communication to interact effectively with team members, guests, and owners.

  • Problem-Solving: Proactively address operational challenges and implement sustainable solutions.

  • Safety & Standards: Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and regulatory requirements to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.


Candidate Profile

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Education: University degree or higher in Hospitality Management or a related field.

  • Experience: 5–8 years of experience as a Head of Food & Beverage within a 4/5-star luxury hotel or high-standard independent restaurant group.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in a similar leadership role within the luxury lifestyle segment.

Core Competencies:

  • Luxury F&B Expertise: In-depth knowledge of luxury lifestyle operations and global culinary trends.

  • Language Skills: Excellent command of English (verbal and written) to meet business and guest service needs.

  • Values-Driven: An attitude and behavior that aligns with the NoMad commitment to warmth, elegance, and integrity.
