Role Definition

The Enquiry Logging Agent plays a vital role in the effective processing of submissions for our underwriting teams. In this position, you will provide essential administrative support to the Underwriting Support Manager by accurately entering and managing submissions within our internal logging system.

You will work closely with the management team and fellow administrators to ensure all tasks are completed within agreed daily timeframes, while developing a foundational understanding of our specialist insurance offerings and workflow processes.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Administrative Support: Provide high-quality support to the Underwriting Support Manager to ensure the team consistently meets target turnaround times.

• Submission Management: Accurately log new and renewal submissions into the internal system, ensuring all data is captured correctly.

• Workflow Coordination: Collaborate with the wider Enquiry Administration team to maintain a steady and efficient processing flow.

• Knowledge Development: Actively learn the nuances of the company’s specialist insurance products to better assist the underwriting process.

• Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision in data entry, including strong written and numeracy skills.

• Communication: A good command of the English language (both spoken and written) with a professional and courteous manner.

Educational Qualifications:
