We are looking for a precision-driven individual who takes immense pride in maintaining high-standard guest environments. In this role, you will be the guardian of the Sheraton aesthetic, ensuring every room and public space reflects the luxury and comfort our international guests expect.

Core Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, ensuring every detail aligns with premium hospitality benchmarks.

• Replenish room amenities and linens with clinical attention to presentation and guest comfort.

• Monitor and report technical maintenance issues or furniture wear to ensure immediate resolution.

• Maintain organized supply carts and storage areas to optimize daily workflow efficiency.

• Deliver exceptional service by responding to guest requests for additional supplies or specialized cleaning promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in housekeeping or environmental services, preferably within a luxury resort.

• Physical stamina to manage active shifts in a tropical environment.

• Strong commitment to safety, hygiene, and chemical handling protocols.

• Courteous demeanor and basic English communication skills.
