You will be responsible for driving high-level brokerage strategies, fostering executive-level client relationships, and delivering sophisticated risk transfer solutions that protect the balance sheets of the region’s largest industrial players.

Core Responsibilities:

• Architect comprehensive risk management and insurance placement strategies for complex multi-national natural resource portfolios.

• Cultivate and expand a network of C-suite relationships across the Asian energy and mining sectors to drive revenue growth.

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated consulting services, including technical risk engineering and sophisticated claims advocacy.

• Navigate emerging market trends, particularly the shift toward renewable energy and decarbonization, to provide future-ready advisory.

• Oversee regional budget performance and operational excellence within the specialized Natural Resources practice.
