Core Responsibilities:

Drive the regional team to exceed defined KPIs and sales targets through high-impact strategy execution.

Cultivate and expand deep-seated relationships with Bank Business Leaders and regional stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.

Implement management directives and company standards with precision within strict operational timelines.

Uphold rigorous compliance, internal controls, and customer service benchmarks across all regional touchpoints.

Mentor and coach supervisory staff and Relationship Officers to ensure high morale and ethical market conduct.

Synthesize complex regional sales data into actionable consolidated reports for senior management review.
Professional Profile:

Extensive sales experience, with at least three years in a supervisory capacity, ideally within Life Insurance or Bancassurance.

Professional qualifications in marketing (CIM/SLIM) from a recognized institution.

Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage diverse teams.

Strong linguistic proficiency in English and Sinhala; Tamil is a distinct advantage.

Advanced computer literacy and the ability to operate independently under pressure.
