Quess Lanka is headhunting a high-precision Senior Executive to anchor our Payroll and HR Operations. As a leader in tech-enabled staffing solutions, we need a technical expert who thrives on accuracy and compliance. You will be responsible for orchestrating complex compensation cycles and streamlining HR administrative workflows within a high-velocity environment. Core Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of monthly payroll cycles, ensuring absolute data integrity and zero-error delivery.

• Manage statutory compliance, including EPF, ETF, and PAYE tax filings, in strict accordance with Sri Lankan labor laws.

• Administer employee benefits, insurance schemes, and attendance tracking systems with high efficiency.

• Optimize HR operational processes and internal audit frameworks to mitigate risks and enhance service delivery.

• Resolve employee queries regarding compensation and benefits with professional discretion and speed.

• Generate analytical reports on headcount, turnover, and payroll variances for senior management review.

Professional Profile:

• Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources (CIPM/PQHRM) or Finance.

• Significant experience in payroll management and HR operations, preferably within a large-scale staffing or corporate environment.

• Deep knowledge of Sri Lankan labor legislation and statutory requirements.

• Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Excel for complex data modeling.
