Key Purpose of the Job
The Executive – Human Resources is responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives for both the staff and associates’ cadre within the plant. The role holder will coordinate closely with Accenture to ensure the timely and accurate disbursement of salaries. Monitoring strict adherence to statutory regulations and legal compliance within the plant is also critical to this position. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for executing all vested duties in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions, and protocols of the organization.
(Note: Female candidates are required for this position to support plant-floor demographic requirements).
Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement: Drive, plan, and execute meaningful employee engagement activities for staff and associates at the plant level.

Payroll Coordination: Partner and coordinate effectively with Accenture to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely monthly salary disbursements.

HR Administration: Administer daily operational HR activities, including supporting employee welfare programs and benefits administration for the plant workforce.

Compliance & Safety: Monitor on-ground adherence to all legal and statutory regulations while enforcing company Health & Safety protocols.
Education and Experience (Requirements)

Education: A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Engineering, or a closely related professional field.

Experience: 2 to 3 plus years of progressive, hands-on experience in Human Resources, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
