Key Responsibilities

System Management: Manage and maintain the centralized workforce attendance management system across all company corporate locations and active project sites.

Implementation & Rollout: Coordinate the strategic rollout, functional implementation, and continuous improvement of the digital attendance platform.

Data Verification: Monitor daily attendance records of direct employees, subcontractors, and contractors to ensure data accuracy, transparency, and internal compliance.

Vendor Coordination: Partner with external software providers to troubleshoot technical issues, update features, and implement custom system enhancements.

Reporting & Analytics: Prepare structured management reports, data dashboards, and detailed workforce analytics to aid organizational decision-making.

Training & Support: Conduct user training sessions, facilitate system demonstrations, and provide on-site operational support to engineering and site management teams.

Cross-Functional Liaison: Liaise closely with HR, Operations, IT, Finance, and Site Management teams to ensure seamless system operations.

Site Mobility: Travel routinely across various operating locations and construction project sites for system implementation, monitoring, training, and field issue resolution.
Candidate Profile

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent professional qualification in HRM (e.g., PQHRM).

Experience: Prior experience working directly with HR Information Systems (HRIS) or workforce attendance software will be considered a distinct advantage.

Technical Aptitude: A tech-savvy individual possessing strong analytical, numerical, and data reporting skills.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, training, stakeholder coordination, and system troubleshooting abilities.

Mobility: Full willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across company locations and dynamic project sites.
