The Role

As the F&B Operations Manager, you will be the architect of our culinary and service identity. From relaxed, high-energy beachside service to thoughtfully curated dining concepts, you will oversee all food and beverage operations. Your mission is to ensure exceptional quality, service excellence, and the kind of memorable guest experiences that define a lifestyle brand.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Pre-Opening Excellence: Play a pivotal role in our pre-opening phase, building F&B structures, teams, and standards from the ground up.

• Service Delivery: Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring seamless, inspiring service journeys across all outlets.

• Quality Control: Maintain rigorous standards for food and beverage quality, presentation, and service consistency.

Innovation & Strategy

• Concept Development: Implement and refine innovative culinary concepts that resonate with a global community of creatives.

• Guest Experience: Drive service excellence by fostering an environment where every guest interaction is personalized and memorable.

• Growth & Performance: Manage operational budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure a profitable and efficient department.

Candidate Profile

Skills & Experience:

• Background: Proven experience in F&B management, ideally within a lifestyle hotel, high-end boutique resort, or premium beach club environment.

• Leadership: A natural leader with the ability to inspire a diverse team and maintain high energy during a pre-opening phase.

• Vision: A passion for innovative F&B trends and a deep understanding of service excellence.

• Organization: Strong operational and administrative skills with a focus on seamless execution.
