We are seeking a proactive and technically-minded Intern – Autonomation to join our team in Ratmalana. In this role, you will support our digital transformation by helping to design, build, and maintain automation solutions that enhance our manufacturing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Implementation

Digital Automation: Assist in the design and development of digital automation solutions to streamline manual operations.

Project Maintenance: Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of both hardware and software for automation projects.
Technical Execution
-
Electrical Design: Carry out PCB (Printed Circuit Board) designing and handle electrical wiring for newly developed machinery.

Assembly & Testing: Participate in the physical assembly and rigorous testing of machines to ensure operational readiness.

Project Support: Provide hands-on assistance for a variety of ongoing automation initiatives within the facility.
Workshop Standards

Safety & Organization: Maintain 5S standards and adhere to all workshop safety protocols to ensure a clean and secure working environment.
Candidate Profile
Education & Knowledge:
-
Academic Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Physical Science, or a related technical field.

Technical Interest: A strong passion for robotics, automation, and hardware-software integration.
Core Competencies:

Problem-Solving: Ability to assist in troubleshooting technical issues during the development phase.

Collaboration: A proactive team player ready to work alongside engineers and technical specialists.

Detail-Oriented: Precision in electrical wiring, PCB design, and machine assembly.
