You will be the architect of our information lifecycle, ensuring that corporate data is preserved, protected, and purged with surgical precision. This role is vital for maintaining the integrity of the world’s foodservice leader, requiring a candidate who balances analytical rigor with a deep understanding of international data privacy standards.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce comprehensive data retention and disposal schedules across global digital and physical repositories.

• Audit existing information systems to ensure full alignment with global compliance frameworks and internal security protocols.

• Collaborate with legal and IT teams to streamline e-discovery processes and litigation hold requirements.

• Design automated workflows to enhance the categorization and retrieval of high-value corporate intelligence.

• Provide strategic guidance to departments on information risk management and modern archiving technologies.

Professional Profile:

• Extensive experience in information governance, records management, or data compliance within a multinational setting.

• Proficiency in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms and data visualization tools.
