Core Responsibilities:

• Design, test, and iterate on complex prompts to improve the accuracy, safety, and creative quality of AI-generated content.

• Analyze model outputs to identify hallucinations or biases and refine instructions to mitigate these risks.

• Collaborate with developers and product managers to integrate optimized prompts into production-grade applications.

• Conduct systematic A/B testing of different prompt structures to determine which variants yield the highest user satisfaction.

• Maintain an evolving library of best practices and “gold-standard” prompts for various organizational use cases.

Candidate Profile:

• Foundational understanding of how LLMs (like GPT-4, Claude, or Gemini) interpret natural language.

• Exceptional command of English with a focus on logical structure and semantic precision.

• Basic familiarity with Python or data analysis tools is a significant advantage.

• Creative problem-solving mindset with the patience for iterative testing and refinement.
