Key Purpose of the Job

The Executive / Lecturer – Production & IE is responsible for delivering high-quality, impactful instruction to students at the Brandix Corporate Campus (BCC). The role includes conducting lectures, assessing student performance, contributing to continuous curriculum development, and supporting core academic operations such as student interviews, course scheduling, and examination management. The ultimate goal is to ensure smooth program execution while fostering an engaging and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Academic Delivery: Deliver engaging lectures, practical hands-on sessions, and interactive workshops utilizing industry-relevant teaching methodologies and digital tools for diploma programs in Fashion, Apparel, and Textiles.

• Student Mentorship: Provide ongoing academic guidance, professional mentorship, and constructive feedback to support students’ academic, personal, and career development.

• Academic Operations: Manage day-to-day academic operations, including student selection interviews, timetable scheduling, attendance tracking, performance monitoring, and examination coordination.

• Curriculum Development: Contribute actively to curriculum development and enhancement, ensuring course content aligns with current industry trends while developing updated courses and modern learning materials.

• Institutional Support: Support student engagement initiatives and institutional growth through coordinating industry exposure activities, offering career guidance, collaborating with fellow faculty, and handling assigned administrative tasks.

Education and Experience (Requirements)

• Education: A University Degree or professional Diploma in Textile and Apparel, Apparel Production, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

• Experience: 1–4 years of practical, hands-on experience in an Industrial Engineering (IE) or apparel production-related role.

• Teaching Aptitude: Prior teaching, lecturing, or corporate training experience within the apparel education sector is highly desirable.

• Academic Management: Familiarity with institutional academic management, student assessment workflows, and student engagement strategies.
