What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Account Management: Manage and systematically grow export sales within assigned international markets.

• Business Development: Identify new customer leads and actively develop business opportunities in target regions.

• Relationship Building: Form and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with global importers and distributors.

• Commercial Negotiations: Lead commercial discussions, including pricing strategies, issuing quotations, and contract negotiations.

• Market Analysis: Analyze international markets, competitor activities, and shifting customer trends to uncover new growth avenues.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal cross-functional teams to develop new products, optimize costs, and ensure the seamless execution of customer orders.

• Strategic Planning: Contribute directly to regional sales planning, revenue growth initiatives, and key account development strategy.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

• Experience: Proven experience in international sales or export business development, preferably within the FMCG, food exports, or commodities sectors.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institution.

• Skills: A strong commercial mindset with exceptional negotiation capabilities.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.

• Adaptability: Proven ability to work effectively across functions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven export environment.
