About the Role

We are looking for an active, motivated team member to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day operations. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure, develop foundational HR skills, and build hands-on experience within a world-class professional work environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Assist in the daily administrative and operational tasks of the HR department.

  • Data & Documentation: Support routine data entry, document scanning, and basic report preparation.

  • Record Keeping: Systematically maintain internal records, physical personnel files, and digital HR databases with high accuracy.

  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with team members on assigned tasks, tracking project milestones and deadlines.

  • Meeting Support: Attend departmental meetings and systematically take detailed notes/minutes when required.

  • Continuous Improvement: Provide support for ongoing HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and process improvements.

  • Communication: Handle basic internal and external communication (emails and phone calls) under supervisor guidance.

  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform any other operational duties as assigned by the supervisor.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills: Basic operational knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • Interpersonal Skills: Good verbal and written communication abilities, with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Mindset: A strong willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

  • Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team environment.

  • Core Attributes: High attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills.
