About the Job

As a Sales Executive – Domestic, you will be a key driver of sales growth within the UAE market. Your role involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering long-term customer relationships, and promoting our high-quality products. Working closely with the sales team and management, you will be responsible for hitting revenue targets and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and develop new business leads within the UAE market to expand our domestic footprint.

  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, professional relationships with both prospective and existing clients.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing research to stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

  • Sales Execution: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, tailored proposals, and accurate quotations to clients.

  • Negotiation: Manage contract negotiations, pricing structures, and terms to secure profitable agreements.

  • Target Management: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales and collections targets.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal logistics, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery.

  • Reporting: Maintain precise records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our reporting systems.

  • Brand Advocacy: Represent Lubrex FZC at regional trade shows, exhibitions, and professional networking events.

  • Customer Support: Provide dedicated after-sales support to maintain high levels of client retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2–4 years of proven sales experience specifically within the Lubricants or Automotive Industry in the UAE.

  • Track Record: A demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.

  • Professional Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation capabilities.

  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the local UAE market, industry trends, and regional customer behavior.

  • Mobility: Must possess a valid UAE driving license and be willing to travel extensively within the country.

  • Attributes: Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to perform effectively both independently and as part of a team.
