The Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric Account Executive to manage a dedicated portfolio of global clients. You will oversee the end-to-end journey from order inquiry to final dispatch, serving as the vital link between our customers and our production, planning, and design teams to ensure on-time delivery and the achievement of organizational sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship & Portfolio Management

  • Inquiry Management: Receive all incoming orders and inquiries, coordinating with sourcing and planning teams to book capacity and provide customer feedback within a 24-hour window.

  • Relationship Building: Maintain consistent communication and rapport with current and potential customers to foster trust and long-term retention.

  • Problem Solving: Act as a technical expert on lace, providing solutions and expertise to customers via regular visits and calls to build confidence in the Noyon brand.

Development & Production Coordination

  • Design Liaison: Act as the “voice of the customer” during the product development phase, following through with the design team to ensure all sketches and briefs are translated into products that meet exact specifications.

  • Production Oversight: Coordinate with planning and production departments to ensure manufacturing progress remains strictly aligned with customer delivery flows.

  • Status Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation for order confirmations and meet regularly with planners to convey real-time order status to the client.

Strategic Support & Governance

  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and report on portfolio performance, tracking metrics such as order receipts vs. budget, fulfillment rates, and on-time delivery (OTD) to facilitate management decision-making.

  • Cross-Functional Support: Provide backup support for colleagues within the Sales & Marketing team to ensure seamless service levels during absences.

  • Compliance: Uphold the MAS DNA and ensure all activities comply with company policies, governance frameworks, and relevant legal regulations.


Candidate Profile

Education & Experience:

  • Academic Background: A Degree in Marketing or Management.

  • Professional Qualification: Full or part qualification in CIM (or an equivalent Sales & Marketing certification).

  • Work Experience: 2–3 years of experience in customer service, ideally with a strong background in bulk operations, merchandising, or a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Negotiation: Ability to negotiate delivery flows and timelines effectively with both internal teams and global clients.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on transparency and speed.

  • Analytical Thinking: Capability to prepare and interpret performance reports to drive departmental KPIs.

  • Interpersonal Skills: A collaborative team player who can build strong internal networks across production and planning.
