MAS Holdings is looking for a high-octane Production Executive to drive manufacturing excellence at our Biyagama facility. This is a role for a floor-oriented leader who excels in high-pressure environments and possesses the tactical skills to optimize output without sacrificing quality. You will be responsible for synchronizing manpower, machinery, and materials to hit aggressive daily targets while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and disciplined execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Orchestrate daily production plans to ensure 100% on-time delivery of high-quality apparel orders.

Monitor real-time line efficiency and implement immediate corrective actions to eliminate bottlenecks.

Lead and motivate a diverse production workforce, ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Analyze hourly production data to identify trends and drive Lean manufacturing initiatives.

Collaborate with technical and quality teams to minimize rework and maximize first-time-through rates.
Professional Profile:

Degree or Diploma in Clothing Technology, Management, or Industrial Engineering.

Proven track record in production supervision within the apparel or manufacturing sector.

Sharp analytical mindset with a focus on waste reduction and efficiency metrics.

Strong leadership presence and communication skills.
