Job Description & Discipline

Operating within the Operations and R&D discipline, this role is responsible for overseeing packing logistics, maintaining inventory accuracy, and streamlining shipping workflows.

Job Responsibilities

• Operational Planning: Plan daily packing operations based on shipment priorities to ensure that stocks are prepared and delivered completely on time.

• System Transactions: Complete pick and pack transactions accurately in the system for all shipped customer orders.

• Cross-Functional Communication: Provide timely and accurate operational updates to the Sales, Procurement, and Production Planning departments.

• Dispatch Management: Overlook and verify the preparation of cargo dispatch notes.

• Team Training: Provide necessary training and process awareness for third-party service provider (TSP) employees to ensure operations consistently conform to customer technical specifications.

• Financial Administration: Post accounts payable invoices by updating the enterprise system and facilitating necessary authorizations.

• Data Maintenance: Overlook the continuous, online tracking and updating of system data relating to packing materials and protective gloves.

• Inventory Control: Ensure high inventory accuracy by closely monitoring, verifying, and managing all internal stock movements.

Person’s Profile

• Education: A University Degree or a recognized professional qualification in the fields of Supply Chain and Material Management, Manufacturing Management, or a closely related discipline.

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar packing or logistics coordination capacity within a reputed organization.

• Technical Skills: Sound working knowledge of ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning) and standard Quality Management Systems (QMS).

• Digital Literacy: High computer literacy with proficiency in standard office productivity software.

• Core Competencies: Excellent analytical thinking, structured problem-solving capabilities, strong communication, and collaborative interpersonal skills.
