As a member of the flydubai crew, you will join a dynamic, multicultural team dedicated to providing a safe, consistent, and reliable inflight experience for our diverse global customer base.

Minimum Requirements

• Age: Must be at least 21 years old.

• Physical: Minimum height of 158 cm (safety requirement). Must be confident in the water while wearing a flotation aid.

• Appearance: Well-groomed and professional; no visible tattoos while in uniform.

• Health: In good health and capable of passing a comprehensive aero-medical examination.

• Education: High school diploma is essential.

• Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service role (aviation, hospitality, or retail). International aviation experience is a distinct advantage.

• Skills: Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Attitude: Safety-conscious, enthusiastic, and adaptable to a multicultural environment.

• Flexibility: Willing to work irregular hours (weekends, holidays, and overnights) and relocate to Dubai, UAE.

• Documentation: Possession of a valid passport.

Pay & Benefits

• Fixed Monthly Pay: AED 8,275 (Includes Basic Salary + Housing & Transportation Allowances).

• Variable Flying Pay: Approx. AED 4,500 per month (Based on an average of 90 flying hours).

• Training Bond: USD 2,650 (approx. AED 9,700) applicable for the first year.
